Client spotlight: TCS&D

We were approached to provide catering services for the TCS&D Awards Dinner, a prestigious event for 360 guests from the food supply chain industry. Held at the East of England Arena, the dinner was a culmination of a day spent networking and exploring industry innovations at an exhibition.

The challenge

We were tasked to deliver a four-course dinner of exceptional quality; our challenge was to meet the high expectations of attendees while making sure everything ran smoothly in a busy event environment. From menu selection to service logistics, every aspect needed to be carefully considered to guarantee a memorable dining experience.

Our approach

We held a tasting with the organisers and selected the menu and wines. We also took the opportunity to discuss the service details and timings for the event. We worked closely with the client during the build to ensure that any last-minute changes were arranged, leaving them to enjoy the event with confidence that everything was taken care of.

The event

After a long day networking, guests arrived for pre-dinner drinks before the dining room reveal. There was a fantastic buzz as people took their seats and were treated to a sumptuous four course menu before enjoying a comedic act followed by the awards.
